Seriun is a trusted provider of IT support, business telecoms and cyber security solutions. We focus on delivering proactive, reliable services that are essential to our clients’ success. By managing thousands of technical issues every year, our customers are able to take a step back and focus on other areas in their business.

Based in Lancashire, we expanded our presence with a Manchester City Centre office in 2020, enabling us to support growing business across the North West and the UK. Due to significant growth in the last couple of years, 2024 especially, we’re planning to move our headquarters to a larger office in the coming year to better serve our clients and accommodate our expanding team.

The passion behind Seriun

Seriun was established in 2003 with a clear passion for IT and the future of technology. From the beginning the focus was on making a meaningful impact on businesses by helping organisations overcome technical challenges with the right solutions and a strong commitment to innovation.
As the team grew, the original Burnley headquarters was replaced in 2018 by a larger facility in Barrowford with convenient motorway links across the North West and the rest of the UK. Rising demand also supported the opening of a second office in Manchester in 2020.
By 2025 the Barrowford site had reached capacity, which led to a return to Burnley and the creation of an expanded and modernised headquarters designed to support the next stage of Seriun’s growth.
