IT Support Apprentice

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning Managed Service Provider and be part of our growth journey and success story. At Seriun, we’re looking for a passionate individual looking to start or progress their career in IT as an IT Support Engineer Apprentice at our Barrowford office.

As an IT Apprentice – while working towards your apprenticeship qualification – you will provide technical support to customers and assist stakeholders at all levels, guiding them through troubleshooting steps, resolving issues, and setting up systems while managing expectations and escalations.

Key responsibilities include diagnosing and fixing ICT faults, installing and configuring software and hardware (such as mobile apps, printers, and scanners), and supporting system upgrades or new deployments. You will also ensure security policies are followed, document and escalate tasks appropriately, and continuously develop your technical skills to stay up to date with industry advancements.
